Initial Conversation

Initial Agreement

Both parties see a potential fit and agree to move forward with more in-depth discussions regarding the company's financial and strategic position.

Step3
NDA

We are committed to ensure your business's proprietary information remains private and confidential. This will also enable us to begin determining the value of your business.

Step 4
LOI

Once we complete our initial analysis, we submit our proposed valuation of your business and negotiate exclusively towards a final sale; this also includes a list of items to be reviewed int eh due-diligence process.

Step 5
Due-Deligence

Once under LOI, we conduct a thorough analysis of the business, including a review of financial statements, products & services, and the competitive landscape.

Step 6
Closing

Finalize the purchase agreement, working capital requirements, and the transition & training timeline if needed.
